Kidde proudly represents the world renowned German Eickhorn- Solingen brand of rescue knives and tools.

The range includes four models:

RT-I

Designed specifically for rescue situations, RT-I is a variation of the world famous combat proven gravity paratrooper knife LL80 used in service by more than 50 of the worlds armed forces.  It has been redesigned with a hook blade, window puncher, serrated edge and screwdriver. 

RT-III

Developed in cooperation with fire fighting and other emergency services from Europe and the US, the RT-III is equipped with a prying tool / screwdriver, seat belt cutter, glass saw (for laminated glass) serrated edge knife, window punch, illuminating strips and a special holster which allows the unit to be carried on breathing apparatus or a belt.

RT-IV

A rescue tool equipped with a hook blade, screwdriver, illuminating strips, ½ serrated edge knife, window puncher and a special holster which allows the unit to be carried on breathing apparatus or a belt.

PRT Rescue Knives

Designed and developed for the professional emergency service worker who needs a robust light weight rescue tool.  All pocket rescue tools (PRT) are equipped with a serrated edge knife, window punch, seat belt cutter, and extra big thumb stud and blade release mechanism for ease of use with a gloved hand.  Choice of point tips available.
